Silly "DISbanding" question :/

Does anyone know where I would get two neckties like these I can't find them anywhere!

Did you mean Dis bounding? I'm pretty sure those aren't neckties, but the collars of their shirt. Similar to old time sailor shirts.

Just go to a store that sells fabric, buy some white poly/cotton blend, cut it to size and you're all set.

(If someone can hem it, all the better.)

Yeah I'm trying to make the ties like that for our Disney cruise trip I got the shirts and hats but for some reason I can't get the neck tie thing that has the square flat back

That is because it's a collar with ties on the front. I suggest you take your shirts to a friend that sews and just have them make them and stitch to the shirt. It would not be difficult at all.

Check uniform shops- quite a few Catholic school uniforms use the sailor shirts like this.

Looks like the standard Navy neckerchief (but white instead of black) rolled under the tar flap on their sailor jumper. According to the Navy rules , 36 inches square, rolled up diagonally and tied at the base of the v-neck on the jumper.
