Silly check in question.

I was reading someone's post here earlier and it occurred to me and I'll probably be checking into the hotel at approximately 6 or 7 AM depending on how long it takes to get to the Pop Century Hotel do they have a check in and check outline or are they all check-in/checkout line , and just one online check-in line.

I hope that's not to confusing lol

If my memory serves, there is just one line for both check-in and check-out at POP. And a separate line for online chek-in.

We've stayed at several of the onsite resorts, and all have a common line for check-in and check-out, as well as a separate one for online check-in (CBR, POR, POFQ, BC).

I don't necessarily agree with that anymore. Disney is emailing the receipt if you have an email address on your file. A lot of people who were checking out when I was using the online check in area were extremely confused that they didn't get their receipt on their front door. There was a Cast Member going through the line asking people if they were checking out and once establishing that the guest just wanted their receipt, most left since it would be coming through their email account.

I know my mother-in-law was extremely confused and when she checked out (after thinking she could do it via the TV), she ended up calling down to find out about the receipt. Some people just need that last piece of paper.

One big reason I do online check in.

Well thanks guys. I know it was a silly question but hey it was late and on my mind lol. As for the receipt well ive never really needed or wanted that to be 100% honest.
