Signing up for the next half thru DVC discount?

If we mail it in using the DVC discount for both DH and myself will we still get email confirmation, newsletters, etc.? Just wondering if it is worth saving the $5 or whatever the discount is...

When we mailed in our RFTT we never got any confirmation thru email or snail mail and I finally had to contact them cause I was kinda worried. I definitely wouldn't want to miss any newsletters or anything.

Anyone sign up for this half or full using the DVC mail in form?

We sign up using DVC discounts including the last 3 Goofy's. You get a post card mailed to you confirming receipt and entrance. I receive emails regarding the races as well. I figure I saved over $50 on race app fees not including all of the Active.com fees. Worth it to me and DW.
