I know I had to sign for Undercover Tourist tickets 2 years ago, but was wondering if it was usually required today. Does it have anything to do with how high the $ amount on the tickets came to or what shipping you picked?

I bought Universal tix from them last summer, standard shipping, and did not have to sign for them. They were in my mailbox with the rest of my mail, in an unmarked mailer.

I bought tickets 2 times in the last couple months and they had to be signed upon delivery

I believe paying for express delivery requires a signature and regular delivery doesn't

I just ordered 9 tickets for our trip in May and no signature was needed.

I had to sign for my tickets last time and they were regular delivery. End of December.

ordered 2 times in the last 6 months and many times over the years and have never had to sign

For those who have had to sign - what kind of area do you live in? I used to live in the city and my house was relatively close to the road, so anything that didn't fit in my mailbox (which was next to my door) required a signature. Anything from UPS, FedEx, etc. It was their rules for safety reasons, not the shipper's requirement. Now that I live more in the country with a long driveway, these things are left on my step or in my door, and I only need to sign if the shipper requires it.

Ordered as the price increase happened. Got an email that I had to call to verify my order. On the call, I was told that I would have to sign.

I love UT, but it does seem crazy inconsistent. I just got Universal tickets for 4 a few weeks ago (over $800 I think) and we didn't have to sign. We had regular shipping.

Thanks for the replies everyone. Tough to tell, just will have to see what happens. Thanks for sharing your experiences

Update: I got them, didn't have to sign even w/ getting express shipping. Strange, seems to be inconsistent

I am expecting my tickets today and was told I'd need to sign. We will see when mail arrives.

I have had the tickets delivered to my mail box 3 years in a row. My mom ordered tickets this year and she had to go to the post office to sign for hers. She lives in a higher theft area so I assumed that is why.

Signed the first time, not the last two. I have them sent to work so they go directly from the Mail Carrier to our person who handles the mail.

I bought mine 2-28, paid for express delivery(2 day) and I'm still waiting. They refunded my entire shipping cost, but that doesn't change that I still don't have the tickets. I really want to make my fastpasses and I CANT! I am assuming with express I may have to sign, but I guess we'll see...

Our tickets came yesterday via Express shipping (priority mail) and I did not have to sign.
