Do overseas guests not receive a DME booklet as well as not receive yellow tags?

They don't get anything. I have done this twice, I had a reservation for ME and just arrived without any documents at the ME check-in. Worked perfectly, without any problems!

Actually they do also ship them to Canada. I've taken DME 3 times, with a 4th trip coming up in a few weeks and have gotten a packet each time.

You are correct. I didn't post that Canada will get the mailing from DME.

For those who have made last minute resort reservations - I'm wondering if you were asked if you needed Magical Express when you made your last minute resort reservations? They may have added the DME at that point?

And I've actually made same day reservations. So I really don't think there's a time limit on it. I think the only rule is they can't take walk ups. But my experiences may be out of the ordinary.
