This is my first post ever...I'd like to join. I am on my way to WDW today. Woohoo! I plan on weighing in when I'm back.
 

Pumped and ready to go! I'm like TammyNC in that I turn 40 (in July though) and I am determined to look and feel the best I can so count me in!

Count me in!! I'm glad that this is happening. I myself know I need a push and people working "with" me to make this happen. I've not recognized myself in several recent photos and I want to be healthy!!

Don't know where to start with a food plan...any advice? I think the accountability of a BL thread is a great idea...might get the hubby to join along with me!

I'm thinking of WW or BL food plans, any words of wisdom?

and can someone tell me about the clip art at the bottom of your sigs? The ones with pounds lost on a ribbon? where do you get those? when do you post them?

and where can i find a ticker tape countdown for pounds lost?

I can't help with food plans or WOE (way of eating) as some folks call them here.

Here us a link to some WISH clippies. They are also available on the smilies menu by clicking more on the bottom of the list. Our clippies are at the end of that extra list.

Some people use tickerfactory.com for their weight loss tickers. I am a technical idiot and have not figured out how to make that work yet.

I'm a working mom with 2 DD's and want to be healthier and skinnier (but mostly healthier). I've tried various workout things, and do enjoy the WiiFit, but get sucked into the trap of being too tired by the end of the night, when there's time to actually use it. Need to get back in the routine of exercising in earlier evening before all the other stuff gets in the way.

I am like several others that I turn 40 in 2009 (December 1)... and have 40 pounds in my way...

I had 65 pounds in my way before BL6! Thanks guys!!!

DH promises that I WILL be at the MK on my birthday. The economy and several other factors will dictate the extent of our trip (cruise?)...:wizard:

:wave: Shannon. It's nice to "see" a friendly face. I jumped on this too. Your reasons sound like mine, except I don't have 2 lovely girls keeping me busy. But I'm taking walks on my lunch and making the commitment to use my WiiFit more. Plus I got an Ipod for christmas and it makes the walking easier.
