I would like to join too. Sorry that I didn't stick with it for the last one, but I hope to be better this time around! I did manage to lose some weight, but hope to keep losing more.

I'm new to BL, but not WISH, and I'm ready to try! I'm doing the WDW Half Marathon Jan. 10th and tapering the week before, so I won't expect much until after I recover -- but even when my activity is reduced, I have plenty of room to work on my eating!

Do we weigh in on the day BL is on, or another specific day of the week?

Our WISH BL weigh in day is Friday. The official announcement is posted on Tuesday naming our Biggest Losers for the week.

Your initial weight is due Friday January 2, 2009. If you are late send in the weigh anyway. If another day of the week is your usual weigh in day we can use that weight, just stay consistent and always use the same weigh in day. If your report is late I will use your weight in the weekly figures if the official announcement is not posted yet.

Your weight reports go to me. No one else will ever know your actual weight. You may PM me or email me at brenda@kbelectric.biz. If using email also include your DIS screen name. When you report your weight each week state the number of pounds you weigh. You may report in 1/10 of pounds is xxx.x. You may also add your change for the week ie 'I lost x.x pounds this week'. Stating your weekly change is optional. Reporting your weigh in pounds is required to remain in the challenge.

It's wonderful to see new faces involved with Biggest Loser 7 and I'm happy so see so many old friends again. I look forward to working with and getting to know you all during BL7.

Please count me in as well. I have a bunch of weight to lose and this will help greatly!!!!
 
I'm in, too! 2 1/2 years ago, I lost about 35 pounds--and it was through the support of the WISH board. I had a baby this past August, and I have that SAME 35 lbs to get off again! (Well worth it, but the pounds are still there!)

I had already committed to myself that I would do this, but this is just the accountability I need!
 
I would love to join in! When I saw our Disney pictures in November I wanted to cry!! I just didn't realize how much I had gained until I could really see it. Would love to be able to be proud of myself in pictures when we go back (March 2010)

We are all different. Do what works best for you. The point of the group is to keep you motivated to stick to your plan.
