I can comply to the 400X400 but not the space!

Here's what I came up with:

If I shrink that to 35K you won't be able to make it out! I'll go find some cheesy little clip art to replace the work of my heart!!!

Have you tried changing the resoultion to 72 or 36 for each pic before you create the montage? That might compress them enough so when you put it together it will be "legal".

There's a very simple solution to that problem- display your images on a web page at your own hosting site, and just put the LINK to that site in your sig. That way, you can display as much as you like and have full control over the presentation. Users who have slower connections or who are not interested or who have seen the photos already will not need to wade through them and wait for them to open repeatedly!
