Siesta's Grill at CSR question

Does anyone know the hours for the Siesta's Pool Bar & Grill at CSR and if you can get your mugs refilled there?

I'm trying to figure out which building to stay in and if I can re-fill my mugs at Siesta's then I will choose a place close to the Dig Site...but if I can't, then we will stay closer to Pepper Market. Thanks for the info.!!!

Can get your mugs refilled there? Yes, at the bar or the grill.
