Pizza Crust Dough
1 2/3 cup Water
2 TBL Oil
2 TBL Sugar
1 tsp Salt
2 TBL Dry Milk
4 1/2 cup Bread Flour
2 tsp Active Dry Yeast
Put in bread machine and run the dough program. Makes 2 thick or 4 thin pizzas.
Take the dough and place on a lightly floured surface. Divide and press onto pizza pan. Add sauce and toppings.
Bake at 425 for 11-15 minutes or until crust looks done.
If I end up with extra dough, I roll into balls and freeze them for rolls on another night.
