The space shuttle is scheduled to launch tomorrow (Saturday, 6/13/09) morning at 7:17am. If you are on Disney World property, or in the Orlando area, you can see the shuttle by looking east. We usually put on WESH TV-2 and wait until we see the rockets fire up then we walk outside and watch for the shuttle.
If you do not know what direction to look, just ask a Cast Member.

I went to the contemporary for the last launch. It's too early to drink though LOL.

FYI NASA has scrubbed the launch. They found a gas leak in one of the fuel lines. They don't know when the launch will be rescheduled.

The launch will be no earlier that the 17 of June. There is a conflict with others so it could be as late as the 20 of June. If that attempt fails it will be in July

Cheers
