The best way is with Mears...you would have to book at least 24 hours in advance and it's $16.00/pp round trip. Check out their website:

you can also book thru Dreams Unlimited for UO tickets and round trip transportation. it is from the disney resort to universal parks.

they have a banner on the threads at times also a link in the forums for this service of transportation and tickets.

If it's Mears, you have to call and make arrangements 24 hours prior. You can set your departure time then.

i thought it stated the price was $80 some dollars for the tickets and transportation.
