Hi! I'm looking through my cruise booklet which seems to have so much less info in it than previous years. I paid for transfers (and that is indicated online on the cruise website), but it doesn't show that information anywhere in the cruise booklet. What documents will I need when we check in at the airport to get on the shuttle to port? What proof do I show that we've actually paid for the shuttle?

Thanks for any info!

Oh...as a second unrelated question: There also used to be emergency cards in the booklet with the number to the ship. Those cards aren't in the booklet either. Anybody happen to know that number? I'd like to be able to give it to my friend whose daughter we're taking with us. Thanks! :)

There is a barcode in the booklet. They scan it at the check-in counter and your transfer booking shows up on their computer. You need to present an ID for all traveling guests at that time.

There are two different booklets they send out. The one they always did, and the "light" version of it (to reduce paper usage). Maybe you got the light version?

As noted, they will scan the bar code in the book to confirm transfers. I'll see if I can locate one of our past cruise booklets to get the number for you.

I just sailed in November and when doing online check in it asked if I wanted the full booklet or the one with less info (I forget the exact terminology they used). I picked full booklet. It was easy to miss though.

I must have missed that somehow. I definitely don't like the "light" version. 3 pages telling me to bring a passport. 2 pages telling me my flight info. The light version is a waste of paper with no useful information at all! LOL

fwiw on our first Disney Cruise we had transfers but it wasn’t in the big booklet. They just looked us up. Easy.

Not 100% sure is this is true for Dcl, but on other cruiselines calling that number will cost the caller money. It’s truly for emergencies. Just so the mom understands that.
