Shutter's or Cape May Cafe?

Trying to decide between the two - which would you pick?
The cuisine at Shutter's look interesting but I wonder how good the buffet is at Cape May.

Actually I was referring to "Shutter's at Old Port Royale" at the Carribbean Beach resort. I think it is a seafood type place and I only want to go to one seafood place so I need to choose.

As for which to choose..if you do a search on these boards you'll find plenty of opinions on Cape May. It has its backers and its detractors, like any restaurant. So since everyone's taste is different I'd suggest you go with whichever menu appeals to you more.

I did a search but I could only find one review on Cape May and little about the menu at Shutters. But from what I can tell, Shutter's seems more interesting to me, so that is what I will go with I think.

I have to say all my other dining choices were EASY-PEASY thanks to all the info on this board! This is the first time we are using the dining plan, and I want to try places I wouldn't think of going previously. I love reading everyone's reviews and opinions!

I'd go with Cape May Buffet, myself. I love the peel and eat shrimp, the steamed mussels and the steamed clams. I easily stuff myself silly. The salad bar is a favorite of my son. Husband likes the non seafood things and the kids buffet options. My only disappointment is the desserts. Just OK.

I looked at Shutters because we are staying at Caribbean Beach for Labor Day and it's not something I would rush to.

Just my opinion.

If I had to choose it would be Cape May. We ate at Shutters last year while staying at CBR. It was ok. I thought it was overpriced (but then again what isn't) for what we got. The service was good. I just wasn't real impressed with the restaurant overall.
