SOMEONE PINCH ME!!!!!

I am not a size 8 anymore! I am WEARING size 6 Calvin Klein shorts that I just got from Dillards!!!! That is after trying on 2 pairs of size 6 shorts from Old Navy and one size 6 skirt from Old Navy (had to try on another brand to see if I was dreaming or not, and then ended up buying 2 pairs of CK shorts, size 6).

WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a miracle. A BIG TIME MIRACLE!!!!!!!! I HAVE NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER OWNED OR TRIED ON ANYTHING IN A SIZE 6 BEFORE! EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER!

I am seriously thinking about changing my clippie to the goal one. I can't get any smaller than this. REALLY, my hips won't allow it. Should I do it? I think I can live with whatever the scale says as long as my clothes fit and I am fitting into a size 6. There is just no way my body is made to wear anything smaller than that, I have big bones!!!!

I was practically IN TEARS in the dressing room at both stores. I was trembling when I zipped up the size 6s at Old Navy. I think I was in a trance when I left the store!!!! I could not believe what I had just experienced. And so when I was at Dillards I found the CK shorts and they were on sale so I thought, "What could it hurt, they probably won't fit, but..." And they fit. WOW!!!

I am really in disbelief. This is such a miracle! WITHOUT WISH and my TIGGERIFIC PM buddies, I WOULD NOT have made it to this point!!!!! Now I just need to work on attitude, I still feel "larger" than I am. I am sure that will go away eventually.

Anyway, I had to share my good news with you all. There will be up weeks and down weeks and weeks you just feel like chucking it all. BUT don't ever quit! Keep working out!!! Keep following your program. Keep coming here for support. I am living proof that weight training, aerobic exercise and a healthy diet (for me, WW/portion control) WORKS!!!!!!!!!!! It might not work overnight, but I am so glad I started this back in March! WOW!

Ok, I will end this now and just walk around my house going "WOW" to the dog and the cats.... WOW! Where are those &$#! tissues!!!!

Oooh! Size 6! How absolutely wonderful! Congratulations. Don't you love it when you try on a size you thought you would never wear and they fit!!!

last year I got into a size 8 pair of shorts! I was on cloud 9! I still have them, and I am working my way down to wear them again. About another 11-12 pounds and I should be able to!

OK YOU GUYS!!! I am bawling my eyes out - I am GOING FOR IT! I'm going to change to goal. Where the heck is that clippie, in the clippie thread?

And FYI - (I hate to sound like a broken record, but this helps put things into perspective for me) I really have been up and down with my weight all my life (196 back in the early 1990s, wearing size 18 or 20s...) and many weights and sizes in between. But this is the year it stops going up and down, this is MY SIZE from now on!!!! I am sticking with WISH for as long as it exists!

The goal clippie looks so good on you! Congrats! Can't wait to join you! I think its going to take me till at least the end of the year. The top of my WW goal is 132, so that is what I am pushing for with WW's. Personally, I would like to go down to about 125, but I have to see what I look like when I get there. I have not been down there since I was a teenager.

Karen....I am sooo proud of you!!!!! I was reading another post and I saw your red clippie!!! I didn't even finish what I was doing...I just went and looked for this thread to figure out what was going on!!! I am sitting here with tears welled up in my eyes....My son just came up here and thought I was going crazy...he asked my if everything was okay and I told him they were HAPPY TEARS!!!

I CAN NOT WAIT TO SEE YOU!!!!! You are such a huge inspiration to me!!!! You ARE the little voice in my head when I am pushing myself to exercise!!! I have never heard your real voice, but I hear you almost everyday in my head!!!
