Shrunken head outside of DA?

Where is the TM that is speaking for the shrunken head on the Night Bus outside of DA? From our conversation with Stan and the head, it was obvious that the person doing the speaking could see us. I looked into the bus and didn't see anywhere that someone could hide. Is it someone sitting in an air conditioned room looking at us on a video screen?

Nothing much. Stan asked DD her name and if she was a wizard or a muggle. She said muggle. The head (does it have a name?) made some muggle joke, I forget what it was. He also made some comments to the woman in front of us about her tattoos being funky.

I gathered it actually the shrunken head but not Stan Shunpike (the Knight Bus conductor) or Ernie (the Driver). But, like you said, it's just a general Knight Bus conductor. I was there several days in January and many of the conductors look remarkably similar to Stan and many of them look nothing like him.
