DD will be a week shy of 2 when we head down in April. I am wondering whether she will sit through Philharmagic, HISTA, Voyage of the Little Mermaid and maybe ITTBAB. When we went in December we didn't do many shows but she had no problem with HM, POC or Maelstrom. So what has your experience been?

We went in January and DD was 2 yo + month. She was completely enthralled with ALL the live shows. Philharmagic and Muppet 3D, though, she wouldn't keep the glasses on and was bored.

We didn't do ITTAB or HISTA. She did really like the Playhouse Disney show at HS and all the stunt shows. She was't quite old enough for Turtle Talk - too much talking, not enough action. Little Mermaid was short and she liked it. She also sat through the entire Beauty/Beast show at HS and loved it.

I think her favorite, though, was the day time show in front of the castle. I forget the name of it...

DS and DD were 28 months when we went in October and the loved the Beauty & Beast show and Voyage of LM. We didn't attempt Philharmagic because it was all on screen and 3D.

My son was 2 1/2 on our last trip and that was the 1st time we tried the shows with the 3-d glasses. he kept them on for the most part. we did not do ITTBAB, felt it would be too scary for him. He loved the Playhouse Disney show at Hollywood Studios, was not into the Little Mermaid, but did enjoy the Lion King show at Animal Kingdom. Think it just depends on the child. Give it a try and see what works. Like the PP mentioned, the show in front of the castle is a good one. He loved that and really loved the parades.

Forgot about the parades! Especially the Block Party at HS.... DD2 loved ALL the parades!

DD at 2 loved all the shows . some we saw 2-3 times. My Only problem was with anything they needed to wear glasses. And Festival of the lion king she was confused by ??? Its my favorite.
