**Show Us Your Christmas Trees/Decorations**

We just did our tree and decorations this afternoon while having some egg nog and mince pies.

My camera ran out of baattery before any close ups, so they will follow.

I am having a bow themed xmas this year, so have made a lot for various parts of the house.

Hallway - we didn't put anything up in the hall last year, and we regretted it.

What you can't see is the pepper covering the bottom branches - Boo would no stop chewing on them and I think he'd have made himself sick!

Now he's in a bad mood, but at least he's not eating plastic tree!

That's alos why there are no baubles at the bottom - to try and keep kitten interest to a minimum.

I am feeling very christmassy, we went out first thing this morning & managed to get a 7.5ft Nordman fir tree (after a disasterous day yesterday) & we decorated it together this afternoon whilst listening to Christmas songs, then once that was done I set up our new christmas village. I am really pleased with how it came out, I've taken pics & will upload them later.

Phew...finally after a busy couple of days, I have some pictures for you all...hope there's not too many!

This is our main tree in our front room, quite a lot of Disney on this one.

Our candy canes are Toy Story themed - love them!

Grumpy is a new one, he belongs to DBF. And my favourite one of all, our Mickey head personalised one from 2008.

Our back room tree, not as much Disney on this one, but my exchange gifts Disney it up a little! Thank-you again Dis Buddy!

Goodness knows when we'll get our tree up (was planning sometime after next weekend) as DH has decided to decorate - as in wallpaper and paint - the living room.

Well I have tried but hubby isn't having any of it.

I went with the logic that currently we have one for me, one for dh, one for one dog & need to get another one for the other dog? But NO......bah humbug!

I'd use the rule of odds - you can't have an odd number of something therefore you MUST buy another tree lol

Lovely trees and decorations everyone - I can't wait to put ours up now - hopefully tomorrow. I'm not looking forward to keeping DS age 1 away from the tree though

Here is my Christmas Village, it is on our sideboard in the Hallway.


I didn't want a traditional style, so when I saw this I immediately fell in love with it. It is called the North Pole......

It is so well themed but unfortunately you can't see half of the details in these pics but here are some close up's anway.
