show times...help please

Can anyone tell me where it is that you can get a list of the show times @ disney? I know i saw it somewhere. Like for the parades and FOLK, etc. I'm trying to come up with a more detailed plan. Thank you so much.

I can't find it online either. BUT, when I called to make my ADRs I just asked them and they were able to tell me when all the shows were at each individual park.
