Show Times for Dream Along Mickey & Move It Shake It

Are there any advance notice of when these shows are or I have to wait until park entrance to get the day's schedule? I need to plan FP+ or meals around to make sure my kids can watch these, they love them.

Any idea when they usually run either or both?
