we have only been once, after our day at DC, and now have an entire day planned...would love to be one step ahead....anybody with showtimes in July? also info on restaurants and what they serve (like Deb's site for WDW) TIA

Show times litterally change daily. While they may be similar, they tend to change from day to day. That being said, the first show of the day is usually the dolphin one, followed, I think, by Clyde and Seamore, then Shamu starts. They sort of rotate. But I may be wrong. THat may just be the way it was on the days that we were there.
For restaurants, I'm not sure I've ever seen online menus. However, the Deli at the hospitality center had basic sandwiches (roast beef, turkey, club, etc). Voyagers had a huge variety; everything from pizza to pasta to sandwiches or salads. I believe they even had stir fry. Not sure on any other restaurants because those are the ones taht we ate at.

To be one step ahead, arrive to the gate at 08:30am, they let you into the first part at 08:45am, anthem plays at 09:00am and you're off. If you like coasters, do the two thrill rides at the back of the park first (JTA and Kraken).
The Dolphin show is first, go see it, usually starts at 10:00am.
Clyde and Seamore next.
Then go eat an early lunch at 11am to beat the crowd. Voyagers is my favorite, it's located next to the sky tower. It's cafeteria style pasta, salads, wood oven pizza, deserts, and of coarse, beer. You slide your tray down the rails picking items behind the glass divider.
After that, all you have to do is arrive to each show 20 minutes early and you'll be in.
Continue heading clockwise to the Clydesdales, and the free beer sample at the Hositality house. The Shamu show will be next, then the polar bear exhibit. Don't do the simulator, do the walk thru instead. At 3pm, head over to the Key West area and feed the dolphins.

We were at SW the week prior to Easter. I still have the map to do some scrapbooking.

Here's some of what they had for that week:
Dolphin -- 10, 12:15 - 5:15 -- every hour
Shamu -- 11, 12:30, 2, 3:30 6:15
Clyde/Seamore - 11:15, 12:30, 1:30, 3:30, 5, 8
Pets ahoy -- 12:15, 1:45, 3:15, 5, 7:15
Odyssea --1, 3:15, 5:15, 7:15
Shamu Rocks -- 9 pm
Fireworks -- 10 pm

We tried to see Shamu on day one and the 12:30 and 2 shows were filled and we got there 1/2 hour early. We were there on day 2 45 minutes early for the 11 show and were fine.

I agree with the other poster-- eat early or you will wait in long lines-- my only complaint about the trip.
