Show Times and Recreation Activities schedules

I'm making a Blurb book to accompany our August trip to WDW, and I'm anxiously awaiting the release of the Recreation schedule for CB and the show times for MK and EP so that I can include them in the book.

I have to send it to print relatively soon in order to get it printed before we leave on August 17th. When do you think times for these things will be released? Our dates are August 17th - 27th.

FYI, I'm talking about show times for Merida, Dream Along with Mickey, British Revolution etc.

Also, I'm a total dork when it comes to this stuff, so suggesting "don't worry about it, just pick up a times guide when you get there" will likely not sit well with me. Ha.

Entertainment schedules are released weekly. You won't get one that applies to your week until the week before you leave.

Hello fellow dork!!

I do a book for every visit. It's a lovely way to look back on the past years and see what rides were new, where we were in that stage of our lives etc.

This years book holds a double page spread for every day that we are there, listing the park times, what crowd level is expected at each park, and a times summary for the parade, fireworks, Fantasmic etc.

Then I do a list of Fastpasses and return windows, a basic touring outline, any ADR's with res numbers, and an entertainment schedule.

At the back of the book I list a quick guide of where to get specific food and drinks, so that we don't wander aimlessly. Here's a sample:

However, if entertainment schedules are available online now for, say, Merida on July 26th, then they must be released earlier than a week in advance?

Don't know where you are seeing them for July 26, but they don't change all that often for things like that. If they DO change you won't know about it until that week's entertainment schedules are released.
