Here are some pictures from my new Nikkor 50mm 1.8 lens. I got it last week. These were taken early evening with no flash. They are unedited. I can't wait to play with it some more (and at Disney).

I have an Nikon and I love it. It does everything but push the button. I also got the wide angle/zoom lens. It takes wonderful pictures even when there's low light. Just set it on auto program and watch the magic begin.
