OK creative ones.... I'm getting ready to do my DS3's bedroom. The nursery decor has to go, and we want to do his new room in traditional Mickey. I've got some ideas rolling around in my head, but I thought I'd see if any of you had some pics of your kids rooms, so I can steal (borrow;) ) a few ideas!!

I'm mostly concerned with the paint colors. I'm nervous about using red or bright yellow for entire walls. I was considering doing some stripes. Any thoughts?
Looking forward to hearing/seeing your ideas!!

Here are some pictures of my daughters room. We did the room neutral because we didn't know the sex and I didn't want anything to babyish. The bedding was made out of mickey sheets and comfortors I ordered from Disney.com. The dresser was my husbands we painted it and put the hand and ear knobs on. I ordered the curtain rods from Disney.com and the sericels and everything else Mickey were things I collected over the years. Especially when I worked at TDS back in the day. I kept the curtains and the rug red gingham which goes nicely with all the Mickey parts.

It's not much but it is cute and not too over the top.

Very Cute! You're right, it's defin. not over the top, but you can tell it's a Mickey room. I really like the curtain rods. I've never seen them before. I'll have to see if I can still get them. And I like alot of your framed art- especially the one over the changing table.
Thanks for sharing!
