Those are the InspEARations statues that were created to celebrate Mickey's 75th anniversary. There were 75 of them and each one was personalized by various celebrities, artists and Disney Legends.

I don't have any pictures of them while they were at WDW, but here's one of the two that now reside in Marceline, MO:
