Should've booked...

...when I was there in December and before some of the special offers expired. We weren't planning on going back to WDW this year, however now we're looking into it. I always say to book the bounceback if it's offered and I didn't even look into it...feeling bad about as I'm usually have all angles covered!

I scoured the boards and can find no rumours on upcoming offers, called Disney and have no additional offers on my name and my dates don't work with the current room only offer. UGH! I even looked into WWOHP as an alternate trip and DS (12) seems lukewarm at best on a non-Disney trip.

I need some encouragement, people! I'm hoping that some kind of discount will come out soon for October ideally and I'd even consider early November. I know it is way too early to be verging on defeatist!

Well at least maybe this will make you feel better about missing a December BB - everyone who returned in December posted that there were no BB's being offered then

And I know this year Disney might be changing the discounts around, but to give you some hope, per mousesavers last year the October dates didn't show up until July/August, so you have a while to watch before getting too discouraged

Yes for sure do not give up! We got free dining for our late October trip last year in July. There were pins out which I didn't get then in July it was released to the general public.

Everyone was saying free dining was done for all of 2011 since they had released so many dates last year (for 2011) that had to be booked by December, then lo and behold today people start getting free dining pins for July 1 - August 14th. So clearly Disney is not done with free dining offers for 2011 yet.

Keep hoping, that's what I am doing for our June dates!

I was nervous I wasn't going to get anything too, and then I got what I wanted! It could happen to you too.

First week of Jan we received email with pin code for select dates... a couple days ago they sent out another email (i looked- same pin code from Jan email) so it must mean not many ppl booked for those select dates.. anyways some of the dates they had available were...

10/23–10/29, 11/13–11/19, 11/27–12/3

so it must mean they're still trying to fill up those dates. Just thought I'd pass it on...there's still hope!!
