We have to make the 2 1/2 hour drive to Orlando today to bring my sons friend back home, all week we have been debating if we wanted to go to one of the parks for a few hours after dropping him off.

Its 6:45 am and I still can not make up my mind.

The why nots:
#1- We are pass holders but don't have much "spending" money today for good food drinks or "stuff"
#2- Its the marathon weekend thing and I am afraid it will be INSANE busy

The why to's:
#1- Our passes expire in Feb and I want to get as much use from them as I can
#2- Because I love that place!

So what would you do?????? Help me make up my very indecisive mind.

Have a good time! I wanted to escape to Orlando (Disney) this weekend and was still thinking about going just overnight but now mil who was supposed to be leaving back to Denver today had to be picked up at the airport because she is violently ill.

Oh, definitely go! The marathon doesn't make it that bad. I was there on marathon day last year, and it's fun to watch the runners and cheer them on.

Grab a bite to eat before getting to the parks and enjoy yourselves. If it's too busy you can leave and you're not out anything but a little time.

Well we went, I "moved" some money around so we could have lunch at Si-Fi and now I am home so sick to my stomach

I took a bunch of pics, i think I will try my hand at a small trip report with pics, I know it will not match the big boys reports BUT what the hey its worth a shot

Do you think you are sick from the food at Sci Fi? That actually happened to me one year after dinner. I was deathly ill. Sorry you aren't feeling well, hope you feel better soon.
