With so much changing in Hollywood studios my DD and I were thinking about what would be a good addition to this park..

Of course we have heard about Star Wars land, cars land, toy story expansion ect ect..
But what about other areas?
Most of the animation area is still highly empty not to mention, American idol, and sounds dangerous..

I know I'm dreaming here, but after watching the special "secrets of story brook" talking about how the make the show. I think it would be a perfect fit!

What do you think?

I love that show and I was just thinking as I watched the season premier it'd be awesome to incorporate at the parks. I just have no idea how they would go about doing it

Just my opinion...I think that if they were going to do it they would have done it already. OUAT was extremely popular in its first season and has steadily lost viewship since then. I don't think they will commit a lot of park space/money to a show that is not on the upswing.

You mean like American Idol Experience?

I think television shows do not have the lasting cultural impact that some movies and movie franchises do. Aside from TOT, I'm having trouble coming up with much in the way of attractions that a) are centered on a particular television show and b) last more than a few years. Whatever relevance OUAT has will disappear soon after the finale airs (whenever that is).

How many of these have or have had attractions based around them for more than a few years, if at all? Simpsons maybe? As the PP just pointed out, even in Disney JR only MMC has been around for long. Is there pent-up demand for anything you listed? I'm thinking no. ;)

would the problem be that the depictions of the Disney characters on OUAT don't necessarily align with the traditional Disney Film versions of the characters?
ie. they only want the original depiction of the characters appearing in the parks? . As far as I'm aware they haven't had any characters from the live-action versions of their classic tales for the same reason. although I have read that there may have been a non-green Maleficent spotted in the parks

I don't need characters or section for the show but maybe some merchandise would be great!

My 2 oldest kids would say YES, as that is one of their "shows".

I say 'eh...I've watched it with them a couple times and it just confuses the heck out of me.

I agree with this. Disney is very protective of their brand. I just can't see them allowing two versions of Snow White or the Evil Queen etc.. in their parks. Too confusing. That being said...I LOVE the show! And so do my kids. Would love to see some merchandise in the gift shops.
