I thought the resale process would be about done by now but I just heard today the sellers(who have been dragging their feet with everything) missed a witness signature and the wait continues.

My question is we are traveling Nov 15-22 and have airfare and ADR's booked should I book a cash reservation at like Caribbean beach or do you think I'll be able to get a 2 bedroom somewhere??

Thanks for your advice.

You will probably be able to get a reservation at SSR.

Consider the value of your DVC points compared to booking cash. If cash is a better deal, you can bank your points for a deluxe DVC stay next year. If DVC is a better deal, stay at SSR. You will have plenty of years to stay at all of the resorts many times over.

The deposit on a room-only reservation is just the price of one night. You can cancel up to 5 days before arrival. So, if you're worried, make the reservation and cancel it later if you need to.

For FL you must have 2 witnesses outside the notary. The notary can act as a witness but must sign separately on the appropriate lines.
