Should I try for AP rate now for November 2003?

We're going to WDW in November of 2003. I have 2 questions. (1) Can I get AP rates even if I have not yet purchased my AP? (I will in a couple of months) (2) Does anyone know if I can make AP reservations now for November 2003?

Question #1 is the bigger question, I guess, since CRO can answer #2 for me...

You won't be able to book AP rates for Nov.'03 for quite a while yet. I'm waiting patiently (okay, not so patiently!) for rates/codes for my Aug.'03 trip. Looks like they don't come out until 3 months ahead. I wouldn't buy your APs until you have booked your rooms at the AP rate, unless you're going to all be using APs.
