Should I spend the extra $30 for the 5-day pass?

Hi! New here. My family and I are visiting Orlando in July.

We are renting a home close to Disney. I'd like to visit Universal at least one day of our vacation. Looking at the tickets, I can purchase a one day/one park pass for about $170 for the family (two adults/one child), or spend $200 for two two-day/two-park adult tickets and get my daughter's ticket for free, plus 3 extra days for free.

I'm not positive we will go to Universal for more than one day, but I guess having the option is nice. I'd also like to see both parks, but not sure we'd have time in one day.

I have an 18-month old and a six-year old, if that helps.

Thanks!

Welcome to the DIS, Bouncy!!!

I was wondering the same thing, and I went ahead and got the 5-day tickets. After reading about the two parks, I realized we wanted to do both of them and it's nice to have the option to go more days if we want to. We most likely will only go to Universal for 3 or 4 days, but this way we can leave early if we are tired and it's crowded.
