Should I pay $200 deposit NOW on a December trip or wait?

Hmmm...that's interesting. I was reading a post a few days ago where someone was upset they couldn't make payments. They had made a payment and then it was returned to them. Maybe it was for room only and not a package.

Hm, that is weird! Maybe my payment will be returned to me? I HOPE NOT!

SIMILAR QUESTION HERE...

Last September we got the free dining plan ( which was amazing). I heard that every year beginning in late August they usually offer some kind of deal because of hurricanes and the start of the off-season due to back-to-school dates. If I were to book now would I be able to apply any future offers to my trip? Can anyone tell me from their own experience please. I'd love to book now and start paying it off a little at a time, but I'd hate to miss out on a great deal because I jumped the gun. Thanks for your help :)

I have the exact question as "Zookeeper". I went to WDW this past September and got the free dinning as well. However, I didn't book my trip till June. If they do have a special offer, can I change my package to receive it?

For the Annual Passholder Best Rate Program, you could only make a deposit and pay the rest when you arrived. Any other payments would not be accepted over the phone or would be returned to the person. There shouldn't be any problem making payments now though.

Oh my Gosh...hopefully that won't happen in early December! I picked this date becuase it is suppose to be one of the "least crowded/best" times of the year to go.
I am gettin' alittle nervous now!

Just FYI, the pop warner football players and cheerleaders are usually in the world for their Superbowl sometime during the first two weeks of December. In 2005, the Pop Warner Superbowl was sometime around 12/10. There were also a lot of cheerleading competitions the following week. All of these groups stay at the Value resorts (All-Stars and Pop) with the option of moving to one of the mods. Just wanted you to have a head's up about your resort.

We went 12/3-12/10 of this last year (2005) and thought that the crowds were very manageable in the parks. We stayed at the BC, so we didn't encounter any problems at our resort. I know that others reported some issues at the values. You might want to do a thread search and check out the Pop Warner website. HTH

Don't worry too much. Go and have a great time. Just make sure you have ADR's.

Alright, I made a payment last night & it went through. So yes, you're now able to make payments online! :thumbsup2

FYI-You cannot make payments on reservations booked ONLINE.
Yes, you can... We did it for our honeymoon. MIL was paying and paid a hundred or more every month.

All you have to do is call or pay it online.
