When I had my daughter 16 months ago, I weighed 230 lbs before I gave birth in September.
Las February, I started Weight Watchers at 217.
Now, I'm 167-170.
I'm very proud of myself, but I have a way to go. I'd like to lose about 20 more pounds. I can't go to the WW meetings anymore because my husband is going to school all evening.
There was just a segment on the news about the weightloss staple. Supposedly it makes you not hungry and not crave the good stuff.
Anyone have experience with this? Does it hurt? Does it work? How expensive is it?
