Well, your key there is the green tea cup. If you are doing this trade to keep everything, you are selling your eye pin short in value. If you are doing this to trade things off, you COULD come out just about even depending upon what you get for the tea cup.
If you trade the teacup and find someone who will offer stitch for it, you are coming out even. If you trade the teacup for less than stitch, you are selling your eye pin short, by about 5 walls (give or take, it's not a perfect science).
Of course, if you are keeping everything, LOVE the items, and want them more than you want the eye pin, then any trade where you end up happier than you started is a good trade.
