We have P.S at Fultons for Dinner in January - I'm contemplating canceling this and making a p.s for California Grill, Flying Fish, or something else. What do you think ?

I have never eaten at the other restaurants you mentioned, but I personally love Fulton's, we eat there everytime we go to WDW.

Well--since you asked. Almost ANY other restaurant would be better than
than Fulton's. California Grill and Flying fish are both excellent choices. IF you haven't been to either and seafood is a pimary concern, FF would get my nod.

I would stay with Fulton's. This was by far the best meal we had on our trip, (far, far, far better than the CG). We both had the King Crab Leg and Lobster Tail combo which was some of the best we have ever had. I also had a bowl of the Crab and Lobster Bisque which was perfect as well. We had a nice window table with a great view of the DTD harbor with the Rainforest Cafe across the way and the boats coming down the river.

P.S. Try a Key Lime Pie Martini, they were great !

My family had an excellent dinner at Fulton's in July. EVERYTHING was absolutely wonderful!!! And, we did save room for dessert, which was also great!!! The service was great too!!!

This was our first time eating at Fulton's - and we really enjoyed it!!!

We have had wonderful meals at Fulton's. I would say keep the P.S. I may be in the minority, but I think California Grill is quite overrated. Don't get me wrong, CG was good but I wouldn't call it excellent.

It's interesting to hear both opinons, I'm still weighing the decision though. Thanks for the help so far.

This discussion is very interesting. I'd like to know more of what people have eaten that they consider awesome at Fulton's.
We've eaten at Fulton's twice and both times were disappointed in the fare.
We haven't figured out if there is one particular dish they are exceptional at and we keep "missing" it? We've now tried 4 different seafood dishes and not one has lived up to expectation. The view upstairs can be very nice - don't let them put you in a dark corner.
For quality of preparation so far we'd still pick FF.

Fultons is a must do for us.
Some of the dishes I or others in my party have enjoyed

Grilled Salmon.... my sister loved it, and the lobster bisque
Shrimp pasta..... DH's usual. Last time said it wasn't as good as in the past, but was still good.
grilled shrimp over rice...One of my favorites
crab cakes.... best I ever had
fried shrimp..... my mom had a huge serving and shared with everyone. It was very good. She really liked their slaw too.
Crab legs.... DS's usual. He loves crab legs, and Fultons never dissapoints him.

FUlton's is a must for us every trip. Last visit we had dinner at California Grill and we both enjoyed our meal. We both had the Filet Mignon which was excellent and the view is to die for. I think either of these choices would be good. . We have never eaten at Flying fish so i can't comment on it.

It's a must for my dh and I too - I always get the crabcakes and he gets the king crab legs. the bisque and raw oysters are delish too.

We loved Fultons! We both had Ceasar Salads, Calamari, Austrailian Lobster Tails, and King Crab Legs- the food was outstanding. It's definitely pricey to eat the crab and lobster, but we counted that as our special night.... The service was a bit slow because our order was lost in the kitchen, but we ended up only paying for our Margaritas and got $120 in food for free, no questions asked. That can happen anywhere and I'd never hesitate to go back.

O.K. next time we have an opening for Fulton's we'll try the lobster tail and crab legs (I hate fighting w/ my food), but it sounds like those are the dishes left for us to try and be hooked.
When at Fulton's do as the Fulton-eaters do: - THANKS an awful lot for your details. We'd love another restaurant choice downtown. :cheer2:

We ate in Fulton's for the first time in October and don't think we would eat there again. The food was good but not great and the service was at best uneven. We just don't think it was worth the money.

We had our one-year anniversary dinner at Fulton's in May 2004. Food was excellent, view was great, service was AMAZING. One of the best servers we have ever had, ever. They gave us the best view possible when my husband told them it was an anniversary dinner, AND they gave us an anniversary card. We both had King Crab Legs, some great appetizers (can't remember which now--but I did take notes for some reviews I still need to post), salads, and three different desserts. I remember the chocolate creme brulee was the highlight of the desserts. This meal was a wonderful experience, and a great memory for an anniversary dinner. I highly recommend.
