Should I call MS or DME to check on info for Magical Express

Who should I call to confirm that all "information is in their system"?

MS - I just got back last week and was told DME did not have my departure info - i called DME and they referred me to MS - MS was not sure what was going on and called DME for me and took care of everything!

If your reservation was booked by MS (either for cash or points), call MS. If you are booked for cash via CRO/WDWTC, then call DME.

DME should have it - call them first - if they don't then call MS to see what happen.

when I called DME they had mind - no problems.

So I am pretty sure your information will be there too.
