Should I be worried? Fastpass date approaching.

I’ve got my MDE all set up, all three of our party are on there with our reservation, tickets, ADR’s. However when I go to make a fastpass booking it comes up saying to link park tickets.
I’m hoping that this is just because it’s not at 60 days yet and once it does hit 60 days I’ll be able to make fast passes? Has anyone else had this before on MDE?

Thanks

Following with you mine is Tuesday and I’m assuming it is because my window isn’t opened but that’s not what my message has looked like previously when I’ve peeked before a booking window to ensure everything is in order...

FP date was this last Tuesday 12/22. I purchased club level fp for 3 days of trip at 90 days. I could see existing fp, but if I hit link to add fp, it told me to link tickets. It said that up to 6:58 on 12/22. I was able to begin booking right at 7 am.

You dont have valid tickets for the dates you are looking at. 60 days prior to your arrival date everything will be fine and you will be able to make FP+ selections.

Is this because of date based tickets? That would be my guess.
Winner!!!!!

Yes, it is because the FP booking windows open at exactly 60 days out for onsite guests and 30 days out for offsite guests. Checking early just increases anxiety and causes threads. 😊

From the FP FAQ STICKY at the top of this forum:
  • For onsite guests with a room/ticket package, the 60-day prebooking window will not appear until the 60-day mark. Before this point, it is normal for various members and/or their tickets to not appear on the MDX account. The entire traveling party and their tickets will appear at the 60-day mark in almost all cases.
  • For onsite guests with a room-only reservation, the 60-day prebooking window will not appear until the 60-day mark, assuming valid tickets are attached to the account. Before this point and only for guests with APs or older tickets that are not date-based, a 30-day window (from the current day) will be active. It is possible for these guests to practice booking FPs using this 30-day window.
