Should I be concerned?

I know this isn't the perfect place to post this, but I figured you guys would know. I booked a trip through Dreams Unlimited for arrival on December 20. When I've booked on my own in the past I've always received the package from Disney about a week after I made final payment. We are now 23 days out and I have received nothing confirming our trip. What has been your experiences? Should I be concerned? I have sent a e-mails to our agent and only receive automated replies about her being out of the office.

I know it's the holiday weekend and our trip is minor to say the least, but it's a lot of money for us and we have already made child and pet arrangements. I've had a very bad time lately and this is one thing I don't want to go wrong.

Thanks for any advice and I'll try to keep breathing.

Hi Traci,

Please write to me at John@DreamsUnlimitedTravel.com and I will be happy to look into this for you.

Please include your Dreams Unlimited Travel 6-digit reservation ID number. That will help me assist you faster.

No one should ever feel that their vacation is 'minor' and I apologize if that's the impression we've given you.

Thanks
John

Thank you, John! My husband will be sending you an e-mail with all the information. I tend to be a little wordy and emotional. :) Hope you had a wonderful holiday!
