the e-mail I sent to Paramount International Travel to get information on their passes came back as undelivered mail? I called them several times today and never got an answer. Are they open on Saturday?

Has anyone had a bad experience with them?

We had only positive experiences with them. I emailed and called during the week. I did have one email bounce but the next time it went thru. Don't know if they have a touchy server or what. I would try Monday.
