Should have had the show this week even without Pete

I get that illness happens, but I think it disrespectful to the viewers who make their time commitment to be left empty handed.

I would have enjoyed a vlog of Craig just talking about burgers or where to get the best tiramisu.

At least this way I know they show they care.

The Dis has becoming bigger than just Pete.

The talent they have now is amazing and I just find this as a opportunity wasted.

There would have been no Tom Brady if Drew Bledsoe was not injured ! think about that

They plan for it when Pete is away though. You don't plan for someone to get sick.

I get the tone of the OP and I understand why jumping in, but it is valid criticism to say it's more than 1 person, it was your choice to have a studio at someones house but we're unhappy that 1 person sick of a 5+ person webcast cancels the show.. especially after several weeks of canceled universal shows, and then lets not forget everyone over in disneyland and those shows not happening.. There is more canceled shows than shows lately (didnt' do the math, it just feels that way and I'm sure my point is incorrect).

A plan of what to do when pete is sick and the studio is unavailable (which might be cancel the show) is not impossible. Maybe they have outgrown a home based studio, I don't really know and it's not my business.. This is just criticism that it appears the show could have happened in another way and they might want to consider if that would be possible for the future and how they would do it or if they want to do it. again its not my business and they are going to do what is right for the company but i'm not going to defend that canceling was the only choice because someone was sick.

Time commitment?? What, are you canceling meanings and fights to Hawaii to make sure you have your hour open for the show? And you also know that you can listen to the show whenever you'd like to, right?

Haha! Don't feed the trolls, folks.

Yet another reason to hate Drew Bledsoe...

This would be a great analogy, except that after Drew Bledsoe got injured, the Patriots didn't play their next game IN DREW BLEDSOE'S HOUSE.

I wish they had. Then I wouldn't have to deal with the evil that is Tom Brady.

Ok, you have to be trolling right? Every thread you start is something critical or a ridiculous demand.

If you're not trolling, you have some entitlement issues. If you are trolling, it's not funny. (There are funny posters on this board, learn from them)
I have yet to find anyone funny with the possible exception of Jack. As @DisneyKevin once told me, everyone is entitled to an opinion and is entitled to be wrong.

In an attempt to further derail, I have a question. If I sent @jcb $5 as a retainer does that mean that he can't represent Pete for his restraining order against me? I just really want it lifted before July for some trip I may be taking.

Take note, OP.

Sure, they COULD, but Pete obviously doesn't WANT to, and that's all that really matters here.

Yes the dis is bigger than Pete. That's why we are all here. However, it's Pete's show if he says it ain't happening it ain't happening.

sorry folks Im a DIS fan not just a Pete fan

The Show must go on with or without him

Not fair to all the other cast members on the show

I get what you're saying. Maybe ryno could've went to a resort or park or something and made a video for us to watch when there wasn't a show but it's possible everyone else had better work to do as well. Those on the team take time out of their work to do the show. I don't think there have been more cancelled shows than shows lately. As far as I know this was the first daily fix that didn't happen since they started that. I think the last live show they didn't have was when they were in California.

You must not be very bright... it doesn't matter what they want. All that matters is what I want!!

How is it not fair to them? If they had a problem with not having a show I'm sure they would tell Pete. I also think they are all very understanding that Pete was sick. The show isn't their only job. Most of them are travel agents or work on the wdwinfo site. They would just continue their work as any other day there isn't a show.

They don't have too, I didn't pay anything for it. I don't really care that it didn't happen, it's not going to change my day. The OP might have been dialed up to 11 with how they posted but he's expressing a criticism on how he does care that everyone else couldn't do it. To a small degree, I would have loved the show to continue on so while I don't care that it didn't happen I think he has a great point and there are ways it could have. Is it worth it to pete to have the show happen in his illness, that's for him to decide.

Do you not agree that it would be great if they could do it without the studio on short notice? This really isn't about it not happening, it's about how we would like it to be able to happen in the future.
