Low 80's is not cold. It is definatley shorts weather, so is 70's. It is however subject to where you are from and what you are used to. .

Totally agree with this! I have spent my whole life in Arizona, so 70's and 80's used to be a bit chilly. Then I went to live in Alaska for a year, yea if its in the 30's people are wearing shorts!

October in Florida, I would wear capris or shorts, just my opinion.

I mostly work from early afternoon to park close and I can tell you the temperature difference is noticeable.

I wouldn't recommend shorts if you get cold easy unless you have a light jacket for the nighttime.

While the daytime is fairly warm - mid 80's, night time temps drop into the mid 60's.
