Shopping website issues - help!

I tried to use the JC Penney site on my laptop a week or so ago and the pictures didn't show up. Last night, this happened with Loft and Ann Taylor sites. I tried Chrome and Safari, cleared cache and cookies. What can I do? I want to shop, lol!

I just tried all 3 sites, on both Chrome and Firefox (we also have Edge, but I hate it and refuse to use it), and they all opened right up. Did you restart your laptop after clearing history, cookies, and cache? That's about the only thing I can suggest.

I've had this happen on various sites. It's usually because the internet connection to the computer is slow. Rebooting the computer is a good first start. Possibly rebooting your home wifi/router.

Tried restarting my computer, but that didn't help. Will try the router next...

It wouldn’t be a router issue unless it’s happening on every site you, and anyone else using your network, visit.

Internet speed is my guess too. When I had a 5gb limit on 4G data before it dropped to 2G, the sites would load fine at 4G, but no photos at 2G and sometimes the site wouldn’t load at all (looking at you Shop Disney ).

Do you use an Ad Blocker? You may have to turn it off for those sites. Or turn it off completely while shopping.

If you aren't using the latest version of your browser, that may be it too.
