Has anyone been to the scrapbooking store? Is it in Downtown Disney? DD10, DS8 and DS4 and I have all been bitten by the scrapbooking bug pretty badly!!!

The scrapbooking store does have some neat stuff, but it's easy to get carried away. A lot of the souvenir shops have the same stuff that's sold in the scrapbook shop, but they do have a bigger variety of stickers.

My advice: Get your album there, along w/ page sets that have "2006" references on them.

If you have any scrapbooking stores around you, check them out and see what type of Disney stuff they have. Because a lot of the stuff in the DTD scrapping store is very much the same as what's in the stores locally.

I got this advice from a friend and that worked out great. I got a cool Tink scrapbook and a pack of pages that had a page for every park, and a few extras, then there were sheets of Disney letter stickers, 2006 stickers, etc. I got a few other little things but I REALLY had to try to contain myself and was pretty successful.

This is my first BIG attempt at scrapbooking and it's so fun. Lots of work, but worth it, and it allows me to relive the experience! My church has "Heart Art" which meets one Friday evening a month, so I pretty much only do it then.

Alot of stores have Scrapbooking supplies. I got mine at World of Disney in Downtown Disney. (I was just there yesterday and had to ask where it was) There's another store a few doors down that has just a little bigger selection but not much. Good Luck!

I've been scrappbooking for years and get very little from the stuff in Disney. The only thing I like in Disney that I haven't found anywhere else is a small Cinderella's Castle punch and a sticker sheet with all the characters names on it in their handwriting.

There are thousands of websites that offer Disney stuff. Paperwishes offers free shipping over $40/45. Their stuff is pretty good too.

Enjoy!! Scrapbooking is VERY ADDICTING!!! I've turned my dining room into my scrapbook studio!

I always go, but I am always a bit disappointed with the scrapbooking store in DTD. It has a HUGE space and relatively little merchandise, and a lot of the stuff is more geared to kid's crafts than to scrapbooking (coloring books, kid's marker sets, stationery). As other posters have said, many of the stores all over WDW carry the same stuff. The best selection I have ever found has been at one of the stores on level 4 of the Contemporary -- I found items there that were not available at DTD. In December, it was the store on the right as you face the shopping end (not the Chef Mickey's end) of the Grand Concourse at the Contemp....

Does anyone know if these would be available outside of WDW?

TIA,

You can also find Park special stuff at some of the parks DD loves to Scrap and we found some nice AK stuff that we didn't see anywhere else on-sight.I just picked her up a Tink Punch at DL on my 1 day visit last month.
