I LOVE shopping but I wont have too much time to do this on my next trip in December so I need to know the best places to go. Im staying at the Dolphin and I wont be driving so some transport tips would be great too.

Ive been to Belz before and really enjoyed it there, but have you any other ideas? Im looking for clothes mainly, DKNY, levis, trainers, ect

Thanks

Emma

Next to Belz (within a mile) is the designer outlet, with more high end fashion shops. Don't know if that was waht you were thinking about.

Oh you said my favourite word 'Designer' Who's there and can i expect many bargins???

Thanks

Emma

I think there is Saks (off fifth), Polo, DKNY.... Will be there at the end of the month. It is an open mall and we do remember some good deals.....

There was also a childs store that had superb casual clothes that lasts forever (name eludes me).

Will post upon my return in May if you remind me.

..at Orlando Premium Outlets. If you go to their website you can download a coupon that you can redeem for a book giving discounts to the various mall stores. I visited (and bought at) Coach, Dooney and Bourke, DKNY, Ralph Lauren , a Disney outlet, Jones NY, Banana Republic. etc. I donot remember an Off Fifth (SAKS) and I would because it is one of my favorite stores. Bargains?? There were some but nothing that you could not get at a good clearance sale at many upscale stores. I do remember a cosmetic store with some good prices on some Bobbi Brown stuff.

Heres a great site with all the popular Disney shopping places listed,Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores,, Orlando Premium Outlets,Belz Factory Outlet World, and many more just click onthe store title to get maps, directions, and special deals!!

For transport - There is the Lynx Bus system,it's user friendly, with friendly driver, who will help you get to your destination, and it's cheap! And it stops a TTC!!

Does the Lynx Bus or Trolley go to Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores?

I can't find it on the schedules.

Thanks!

yes i agree thanks tink for great web sites especially for a shopaholic like myself
thank u
margaret.

We were really disappointed with the Orlando Premium Outlet, (the one you see from I-4 by 535). The mall itself was rundown and thebargains were non-existent. Never again. Last year we went to the Belz designer shops and loved it. Saks was our fav and there's a huge Ann Taylor. That's my vote.

I have read posts over on the Transporation Board that Dis friends have ridden the Lynx to Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores.
heres a link to that board!

Lynx City Bus
You can take the Lynx City/County Buses, the routes that go to Disney(TTC) are Lynx route 50 which goes to I-Drive and Downtown Orlando, and there also Lynx route 56 which goes out to the Hwy 192 area and also stops at the Super-Wall-Mart on Hwy 192, both of these buses run one bus once per hour from about 9am in the Morning till about 9pm on weekdays. you should check with Lynx website or call them for the times that the buses leaves at. Buses will leave from TTC which is just outside the Magic Kingdom.

Here is the URL for Lynx:
