Shopping for Perfume in St. Thomas

Does anyone know of a particular store in St. Thomas that has the best buys in perfumes?

St. Martin I believe is the port you want to buy perfume in, from the French side of the island. St. Thomas is more geared towards booze and jewelry.
At least, I've always purchased my perfume gifts in St. Martin, usually for about a third of the price at home.
