Shoes on rides

We are taking our 11 month old to Disney World in a month. My question is about shoes. Will he have to wear shoes on rides? He's not walking and I highly doubt he will be then. I will make sure he has on shoes if we ever let him stand down. But what if we hold him on our laps on rides. Thanks

He doesn't need shoes... My 7 week old didn't even have pants on most of the time

Thanks. I'll take a pair of shoes just in case. But plan on him going without them.

There have been some posts on here about CMs not letting barefoot infants (close to toddler size) into stores, restaurants and attractions. I'd definitely bring shoes, even if your child is not walking/standing by then.

My youngest was walking at 10 months - so she had shoes!

DS always used to pull his socks and shoes off. We carried them with us so that we could put them on if a CM asked.
I remember putting them on his feet to enter lines several times, so we must have been asked quite regularly. We were obviously carrying him when he was barefoot, he was never walking around, but the CMs did ask that we put his shoes on.

ETA We bought him crocs for WDW as they were really easy to put on quickly.

Our twins were 11 months on our trip last year and refused to wear shoes. They weren't walking, were always in stroller or baby carrier. We had no problems with rides or stores/restaurants

Oh my gosh, your girls are adorable

My son was walking at 10 months but I still usually haD him in soft soled shoes. He couldn't get them off by himself and he could still toddle in them.
