Shoes for Virgin Gorda Day Trip

Hello,
My family and I have the half day Virgin Gorda (Baths) tour booked for our upcoming cruise. I am wondering what type of shoes would be appropriate for this tour. We have water shoes that we purchased for our tour to Ochos Rios last year. Are these necessary for the Baths tour or can we get away with a comfortable athletic shoe?

If you don't mind your athletic shoes getting wet then you'll be fine. Otherwise I would wear the water shoes.

We bought speedo water shoes (like sneakers) at Costco for $20. I probably would want something like an athletic shoe that I wouldn't mind getting wet.

having participated in both the Baths and Dunn's River Falls - I wore my Keens - closed toe hiking / athletic sandals at both locations without any worries. I would not have been happy in my tennis shoes at either venue (totally soaked sneakers are NOT a good thing).

Wear water shoes. Or Keens. Or similar. Your feet WILL get wet.
