What is the typical shoe color for men in QSFB? Also can it be a tennis shoe or does it have to be a work/no skid bottom etc?

The shoes could be black, but they could also be white (and I'm not sure about AK, but possibly hiking boot-type shoes there).

Actually, if this new CBA is ever agreed to, most Florida-Site Cast Members in roles requiring Safety Shoes, including Disney Internships and Programs Participants in Quick Service Restaurant roles, will receive them on a complimentary basis from the Company. Otherwise, you'll be informed of the colour of shoes required during the onboarding process - for QSR, shoes must be slip-resistant.

If you are doing your Disney College Program at the Disneyland Resort in California, you will also receive your shoes from the Company during your onboarding process.
