Can I send a package of stuff (bathrrom stuff and a few other things) ahead of time and have it waiting for me at WL when I arrive. In doing this I can elimate 1 suitcase. I planon storing it in an Owners Locker. How far in advance should I send it?

Instead of shipping it down yourself- consider buying the items through Costco or Garden Grocer. This way you run a better chance of it not getting misplaced or lost.
Then you can just schedule your delivery date for the morning you arrive, and not worry!

I was going to ship some items down (diapers etc.) but decided to go through Gardengrocer. I think it will be less of a headache and probably cheaper! If you do decide to ship items I would schedule arrival no more then 3 or 4 days before and make sure you include your check in date on the package so they know when you are coming. I'd call the hotel directly to see if they have any recommendations :goodvibes

I shipped a box down about a week in advance. I used the UPS store which was probably not the most cost effective method but I was running out of time. I labeled the box with the resort address and attn: my name and arrival date. I had no problems with the resort finding my package when I checked in. I also did used Garden Grocer for some other supplies for my son and that worked out as well. Milk and yogurt were kept in the refridgerator in the luggage room.
