I was wondering if there is somewhere in the park where one could ship items back home. I ran into this problem last year also. I basiclly bought items that I knew I could squeeze back into the suitcase.

Thank's for any input:hippie:

You could go to a local UPS store, they will pack and ship the stuff for you.

I would call Deliver Ears and ask. I know that they will ship to you when you get home but I wonder if they might have a service to ship while you are in the park. I don't have the number handy but I am sure someone can peek in here and post it for you.

They can ship most items via UPS if the guest pays for the shipping. There are some items they cannot or will not ship though and you would have to ask the clerk.

I came back from San Antonio and on the way smashed to bits a coffee cup, lol.

That will cost you a hug, lol. I live about 13 miles from DLR as the pigeon flies.:lmao:

The Disneyland Resort does offer shipping at an additional charge for almost all of our Merchandise.

Speak with a Merchandise Host or Hostess at any Disneyland Resort Store Location when purchasing your items, and they'll be more than happy to arrange that for you.

Can items brought at Disneyland be shipped from a Disney hotel back home upon showing reciepts proving you purchased at parks. I know WDW Hotels do this.

All stores can ship your purchases home - just ask before they ring it up. I try to just buy all my items at once at the world of disney store.

Here's a link to the shipping rates for WDW they are pretty similar for disneyland. However they do have different rates for the collectibles items such as big figs, paintings etc.

A way to save on shipping if buying from multiple locations is just write down the skus and prices of the items you want and then call delivears when you get back home and they will combine all the merchandise onto one order. Also they will allow you to use your Disney Visa over the phone to receive the 10% discount.

i called the operator of the Disneyland Hotel.
Guests of all 3 hotels may go to their hotel's Guest Services where their packages will be shipped home at the cost of shipping.

The business center in the hotels will ship packages at cost but they are only open Monday - Friday business hours.

Well that settles it I'm definately staying at a Disney hotel to be able to ship stuff hassle free home. I do this all the time at WDW and let me tell you when the boxes arrive it's better than...well everything, the only hassle is trying to figure out where to put it all. I love not being restricted to my suitcases.

Thanks

BAck in 1998 I took Amtrak home from WDW via Washington DD then Chicago to Los Angeles. They allowed 5 suitcase then so I have all my new clothes and one giant suitcase full of souvenirs including a large yellow and purple iguana from DisneyQuest.

Thank you for all your help on the shipping information:worship:. Now I know that if I see that certain something, I can buy it and have it sent home. Yeah!
:dance3:
